It doesn’t matter if you like drawing what you see, drawing abstractly, drawing comics and manga, or even just doodling in the margins of your math notes, this drawing foundations course will help you get better. Focus on learning how to draw from observation, starting from still life and ending with some figure drawing from a live model. Learn about proper three dimensional object construction, how to find proportion and perspective, how to achieve dramatic values using pencils and charcoal, and more! This class is designed to be as close to an actual college level drawing 1 class as possible (without the homework and crippling stress that comes with it!) but is also perfect for beginners and anyone who wants the practice.
