Learn the basics of throwing on the potters wheel in a supportive environment. Master centering, pulling, and trimming while creating a variety of basic forms. As well as throwing youll also explore elements of handbuilding to get the full spectum of working with clay. Join us to learn some new skills and meet a community of other creatives.

Student Supply List:

• Clay must be purchased at Main Line Art Center ($15 for a half bag of clay, payable at first class)    
• Basic set of clay tools (also available at Art Center for $17.50)
• Apron or towel
