Nerikomi is a traditional Japanese layering technique used to create either specific patterning or agate-like surfaces. Learn the basics of dyeing clay, how to layer to create patterns and agate slabs, and how to build with these slabs. Pinch and coil build with this colored clay. If you throw your work on the wheel I can teach you ways to integrate this technique into your process.
