Dive into the world of mixed media painting through the eyes of artists who tear, stitch, scrape, and layer their way into powerful stories. Each week, you’ll discover a new artist and experiment with their techniques, blending inspiration with your own creative voice. Piece by piece, you’ll build a unique mixed media work through playful exploration and hands-on experimentation. Whether you’re a beginner or continuing your artistic journey, this class welcomes all curious makers.

Student Supply List: 

• For final project: A wooden panel or canvas (around 9″ x 12″ or bigger) or fabric (as your surface to create)  
• Some paper of choice (preferably thin)     
• Emboidery needles       
• Acrylic paint brushes (small, medium, and large sizes suitable for your surface area)    
• Materials you are interested in using   
• Some extra painting/drawing mediums of your choice (such as crayons, pastels, color pencil…etc.)
