Get introduced to the medieval art of illuminated letters, exploring subjects like drawing Lombardic capitals, constructing borders, decorative vines and floral embellishments, geometric backgrounds, and the application of real gold leaf as well as metallic watercolor. These techniques are accessible to anyone who admires Medieval and Renaissance art. (Hint: illuminated letters make unique gifts!)
