Need a touch of gold on your piece? Want to give a handle a shiny silver decoration, or add a luxiourious detail to handmade dinnerware or sculpture? Bring in your finished glaze pieces to add a touch of luster to the surface. (Workshop will be held mostly outdoors.) Use Gold, Sliver, and Mother of Pearl lusters, or bring your own. Your work must be fired and glazed in order for the luster to work successfully; glossy surfaces work best. Lustered objects cannot be put in the microwave, and its best not to put them in the dishwasher for the finishs longevity.
