Call for Holiday Ornaments

After having so much fun collecting ornaments for our Longwood Christmas tree last year, we were inspired to create a holiday ornament collection for our Gallery Shop to raise money for our Accessible Art Programs!

Artists of all ages and experience levels are invited to create one-of-a-kind handmade ornaments that will be sold in the Gallery Shop throughout the holiday season to support our Accessible Art programs and need-based scholarships, helping make art education accessible to more members of our community. You can donate up to 5 ornaments. Ornament donations can be dropped off to Lisa Getz, Co-Executive Director, or to the front desk. Please make sure your name is included with your donation.

Thank you for helping us fill the Gallery Shop with handmade holiday magic and for bringing a little extra cheer to our community!

Ornament Guidelines:

• Ornaments must be handmade by you!
• All mediums are welcome! Ceramics, fiber, wood, glass, paper, mixed media, and more.
• Ornaments must be light enough to safely hang on a Christmas tree.
• Each ornament must include a hanging apparatus (loop, hook, ribbon, wire, etc.).
• No food items, offensive language or nudity can be included. The Art Center reserves the right to return any ornaments that do not fit our community guidelines.
• We will add tags to each ornament with an explanation that the purchase of the ornament supports our accessible art programs.
• You can include a tag with your name/Instagram, etc. if you would like.
• Donated ornaments become the property of Main Line Art Center and will not be returned.
