Love photography and want to create stronger, more impactful images? This course is all about making photographs rather than simply taking them. You’ll build technical and visual skills to craft compelling compositions, using any format from film to digital.
Through hands-on assignments and discussions, you’ll explore how the camera sees differently from the human eye, focusing on depth of field, composition, and photographic vision. You’ll learn how to find and enhance visually exciting subjects while studying the work of master photographers like Gary Winogrand, Diane Arbus, Richard Avedon, and Ansel Adams.
