Melody Yoo is a former elementary school teacher with 10+ years of classroom teaching experience and nearly a lifetime of practicing art. She loves teaching classes and creating environments in which students feel safe, comfortable, and enthusiastic about expressing their creativity and individuality. Melody enjoys creating in a variety of ways: from paper and nature crafts to painting and drawing (both digital and traditional). Her drawing style is cheerful and cartoonish and she particularly enjoys drawing characters and character expressions. Melody is a firm believer in the idea that anyone can be an artist – all you have to do is make and create.
