We are thrilled to host Bin Wu, Chado Practitioner and Tea Art Researcher, and Professor Yu Shuishan, fourth generation Mei’an guqin player, who will offer a demonstration of the tea ceremony in an immersive experience. This special event will include accompaniment by Proffessor Yu, Chair of the North American Mei’an Guqin Society, playing the ancient Chinese stringed instrument the Guqin. This is a rare opportunity to celebrate the deep cultural roots of tea and music surrounded by our Lunar New Year exhibition.
