Position Summary:
Main Line Art Center seeks a knowledgeable Ceramics Program Coordinator to maintain the studios and equipment, load and fire kilns, mix glazes, and to provide support to Teaching Artists and students. This part-time, 30 hour position is multi-faceted and requires a professional demeanor, a solid background in ceramics, and a passion for art education. The Coordinator must be able to manage support staff and volunteer monitors, and have the ability to proactively problem solve. The Ceramics Program Coordinator reports directly to the Co-Executive Directors.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be highly-motivated and hardworking with the ability to manage a busy studio and maintain professionalism. Previous experience in a community studio is required.
