This workshop welcomes beginners and experienced artists alike who want to feel more comfortable with mark making, deepen their watercolor practice, and find joy and ease in painting. As an instructor who values exploration and personal voice, I look forward to diving in with you!

We’ll explore intuitive mark making, blind drawing, movement-inspired exercises, and observation-based studies to build confidence and fluidity with watercolor. You’ll learn to work with timing, light, and layering, discover ways to refine or “erase” watercolor, and gather tools for a vibrant sketchbook or finished abstract and representational works.
