Have you ever wanted to try oil painting and don’t know where to begin? Does the thought of “Oil Paint” sound intimidating? It isn’t. Oil painting is by FAR the easiest medium for beginners. All you need to know are a few simple steps, and I will show you! Proceed with a monochrome, that is one color, allowing you to “draw” with the paintbrush as you examine darks and lights on a simple still life. Develop confidence as you begin to get the feel of this wonderful medium. Look at what a student accomplished. You can too!
