Join in with your child as we are immersed into the theme on a fun-filled, interactive adventure! The story is experienced in different, imaginative ways each week! Exploring the characters visually with puppets and scenery. Bringing the story to life through expressive movements and actions, then discovering soundscapes through instruments and voices. Our magical journey is highlighted as we end each session by creating beautiful art together.
About Thembi
Dedicated to inspiring a time of exploration and discovery, I created Imagine More: Story Adventures. Ive taught Storytelling and Music & Movement classes for 11 years and have worked with children in the US, UK, and India, including those with special needs, over the past twenty years. The storytelling curriculum I have developed is both engaging and interative, designed to spark childrens imagination. I believe that reading is more than the pages in a book. When bookks, music, movement, and play are combined, it makes for a complete storytelling experience. When that storytelling experience is then done alongside the arts, sciences, exercise, cooking, and more… that experience is priceless!
