An exploration of the many aspects of drawing with discussions of perspective, values (darks and lights) and other principles of drawing. We will experiment with various materials, styles, and levels of abstraction, gradually incorporating color. This is a fun, lively class for all skill levels and interests. There will be discussions involving Art History and other disciplines and fields like film and literature, as well as personal experience and insights as they pertain to drawing and providing sources of inspiration.
