Have you ever wanted to try oil painting and don’t know where to begin or feel intimidated? Oil Painting is by FAR the easiest medium for beginners. All you need to know are a few simple steps! Begin with a monochrome palette, “drawing” with the paintbrush as you examine darks and lights in a simple still life. Develop confidence as you go and begin to get the feel for this wonderful medium. You’ll be amazed by what you can accomplish.
