This class has already started. Please call to register.
In this class we will build and extend our knowledge of throwing on the potters wheel. If brand new, we will learn the basics of throwing and finishing pottery. Intermediate Students will build on our skills, learn new techniques, and explore more advanced forms. This could include larger forms, throwing in sections, pitchers, jars, and any other forms that you are interested in learning how to make. Demos will be provided regularly, and all levels are encouraged to attend!
Basic Pottery Tool Kit which includes a sponge, trim tools, wooden and metal ribs, wooden knife, needle tool, and wire tool. Most basic pottery tool kits found online should include these. We will go over additional tools and homemade tools!
