Create a one-of-a-kind silk scarf using felting techniques for embellishment. Leave with a  lightweight, beautiful covering for anytime of the year!

 

Supplies:

• Silk gauze or chiffon, no larger than 22” x 71”. You can buy it on Livingfelt.com or on Etsy.  
•  3 to 4oz. of merino roving in compatible colors to the silk. You can buy it on Livingfelt.com or at  FeltriteFibers on Etsy.  
• Bubble wrap with small bubbles, at least 2” larger all around than your silk fabric
• Small water bucket 
• Mild dish soap 
• Two towels  
• Water sprinkler (can be made from a plastic bottle with holes in the top)  
• PVC pipe or swim noodle, approx. 3-4” diameter and 3 feet long
