Adult Classes
Whether you are a beginner or a professional artist, the Art Center has a class to meet your needs and interests. Learn through demonstrations, dialogue, individual and group critiques, and hands-on instruction from professional Teaching Artists. Classes vary in length beginning at 4 weeks, ensuring that you’ll always find a class that fits into your schedule.

Adult Workshops
Explore a new medium, technique or Teaching Artist through an adult workshop at Main Line Art Center. Workshops run 3 weeks or less, so they are the perfect opportunity to try out a class without much commitment.

Open Studios
Need some extra time to finish up a project or practice a new technique outside of class? Open to current students and Art Center members with experience, Open Studios offer uninstructed studio time with the guidance of a monitor. Fees pay for some supplies, equipment maintenance and monitor.

Teen Classes
From teens fine-tuning their skills and preparing for art school, to those looking to pick up a new hobby, Main Line Art Center is a great place for young artists to learn and meet new people. In addition to our classes designed for teens, many of our adult classes welcome young adults ages 16 and up. Please see individual class descriptions for more information.

Children's Classes
Nurture your budding artist at one of Main Line Art Center's age-appropriate children's classes. Let your child's imagination soar as he or she develops new skills, meets friends and builds self-confidence. Classes are available for children ages 2-12.

Carve out some creative family time by attending one of our family workshops. Make memories and art together and leave the clean-up to us!

Camps
Experience a camp that goes way beyond the ordinary. Main Line Art Center offers one and two-week sessions at full and half-days throughout the summer for children 5 and up. Creativity and giggles abound as children make new friends while working on a variety of age-appropriate projects. At the end of each session, campers show their masterpieces off to family members at an Art Party in our galleries.
